Upon full payment for an engagement, you own the custom source code and deliverables we create specifically for you, as set out in your project agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks, along with the content, branding, and code of this website, remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the information, assets, and approvals we need to proceed.
• Ensure that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.
• Designate a point of contact empowered to give feedback and sign off on work.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing your project in detail. We expect the same care for any confidential information we share with you.

Warranties and disclaimer

We deliver our services with professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated in your project agreement, the website and our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
