A cross-platform booking and property-management app for a South Florida luxury rental company, live on iOS and Android.
A closer look
What we did
The SIR Group manages luxury condos and homes for short-term rental across South Florida. They needed a single app for guests, owners and investors to browse properties, book stays and keep track of performance, on both iOS and Android.
Aneri Developers built the product end to end. We shipped the app from one Flutter codebase for both stores, built the backend and admin in Core PHP, and ran authentication, notifications and real-time data on Firebase. Guests browse condos and homes, filter by dates and guests, open full photo galleries and book in a few taps. Owners follow their bookings, earnings and payouts from the same app.
The app is live on the App Store and Google Play. SIR Group now manages listings, bookings and guest accounts from one system, and Aneri maintains it.
